In most cases, we begin snow removal services once the snowfall has stopped. The specific timing depends on the amount of snow, guidance from our maintenance manager, traffic conditions, and the availability of our crews. For standard snow events (less than 10 cm), routes are generally completed within 8 hours. While we strive to clear your property before morning and evening commutes, exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

For heavy snow events (exceeding 10 cm), our snow manager may schedule multiple visits to ensure timely access for all clients. During the initial visit, crews may focus on providing general access and postpone detailed work. After a mandatory 12-hour rest period, they return for a second visit to complete any remaining tasks. First visits during heavy snowfalls are typically completed within 10 to 18 hours or more, depending on the severity of the conditions.

 Yes! We carry $2 million in general liability insurance for landscaping and snow removal. We are happy to provide proof of coverage on request. 

We invoice by email, and accept cheque, e-transfer, online payments made with VISA or MASTERCARD.

Our pricing remains consistent regardless of how often it snows. We operate under a seasonal contract with evenly divided monthly payments. Some winters may require more visits, while others may require fewer, but your cost stays the same throughout the season.

 A windrow is the ridge of snow left at the end of your driveway after a city plow clears the road. We will clear the windrow if the city plow has passed before our visit. During heavy snow events, our teams usually address windrows during their second pass. However, for regular snow events or after the second pass of a heavy snow event, we typically do not make additional visits specifically for windrow clearing.

 Our crews are NOT able to clear snow underneath or within 1 foot of parked vehicles. If any vehicles are blocking access to areas of your property, those sections will NOT be serviced. Please ensure that all resident and visitor vehicles are parked in a way that allows full access to the property and designated snow piling areas. Additionally, our services do not include clearing snow off of parked cars.

We cannot be held liable under any circumstances for the work performed or for any failure to perform work under this service agreement.

Specifically, we are not responsible, nor can we be held responsible, for slip and fall incidents or for damage to property under this service agreement.
